Two to three sessions per week suits most people. Two is enough to make real progress; three accelerates it. We'll set the number around your schedule and recovery.

Yes. Every coaching package includes nutrition guidance — calorie and protein targets, practical meal structures built around Cypriot and Mediterranean food, and ongoing adjustments.
